Sample FCC Audit

Ø      Note - Our new audit module is constantly updated to reflect the FCC’s most recent audit letter. It allows you to create the appropriate reports for the FCC with one click. This module is available as part of our Service Pack. For more information about the Service Pack, see About Litera Services.

The screen below will appear, allowing you to read through the audit letter.

Ø      Note - The audit module is designed so that when the FCC sends a new audit letter, it will automatically be updated on Broadcast1Source so that you can quickly and easily respond to their request.

You can access most of the reports you will need to fulfill the FCC's requirements by clicking on the links within the letter as shown below.

After clicking on a link, another window will open to allow you to View, Print, or Email the report.

Ø      Note - There may be a few items in the FCC audit letter that require responses regarding items that are not captured by Broadcast1Source (such as discrimination complaints or analysis of the compensation levels etc). You will need to create these reports separately.

Ø            When you are finished, click   to return to the main menu.
