FCC Forms
Ø Note - Broadcast1Source software gathers and organizes all the data you
input into the system to facilitate your FCC filing. The FCC does not accept
printed forms nor allows others to input the data in their on-line forms for you.
Broadcast1Source, therefore has a replica of the FCC forms. Your data will be
used to populate as much as possible of these forms so that you can print
them, check them and use them to input the data into the FCC system saving
your enterprise time and frustration.
To access the FCC Forms, highlight Download as shown below:
A list of FCC forms will appear, click on the FCC form you would like to work
with.
The following screen will appear. To edit the form, select Edit as shown below:
The form will appear and all information in the form is fully editable:
Ø When you are satisfied with the changes, click Save, located on the
bottom of the page:
Ø You also have the ability to upload the form into your public files on your
website. Click Upload for the appropriate form as shown below:
You can also view or downlaod EEO information
Ø Simply click on the EEO Information tab or from Download tab on the
main page. you will see the following window.
