If you need to sign up as a Corporation, please note:

• An SEU is defined as one or more commonly owned stations in the same market that share at least one employee.
• Corporation registration is required if you have more than one station.
• All activity, such as job posting, notifications, interviews, and Prong 3 efforts, should be recorded at the SEU level (not the Corporation level).
• Your Service Pack and all Litera services are charged per SEU (and not per corporation or per station.)
  

Examples:

Loud Radio, Inc. owns Loud Radio Dallas which has two (2) stations in the Dallas market. Those stations share one employee. Loud Radio, Inc. should sign up as a Corporation.

• The Corporation administrator should sign up Loud Radio Dallas as the SEU. All activity should be recorded at this level.
• The SEU administrator should add the two (2) stations to the station level.

CD Broadcasting, Ltd owns six (6) stations in Kansas.

• Two (2) stations are in Topeka . They share an employee.
• Four (4) stations are in Wichita . They share several employees.
• CD Broadcasting, Ltd signs up as a Corporation
• The Corporation administrator signs up CD Broadcasting Topeka as an SEU
• The Corporation administrator signs up CD Broadcasting Wichita as another SEU
• The SEU administrator adds the two (2) stations in Topeka , and four (4) stations in Wichita to the station level.

Jones Family Broadcasting has one station in Atlanta. In this case, Jones Family Broadcasting should sign up as a Standalone Independently Owned Station.
